    ProCon cant connect to Server

We've got sometimes a Problem with ProCon and our 4netplayer Server ...
4netplayer Support tell us it's not their fault , it's the fault of ProCon , any Software Issue ...
"The Target Computer doesnt allow the connection"

Someone else with that Problem ?
Or maybe ProCon knows it and working for a Fix ? or is 4netplayers talking "Bullshit" ...

    ProCon Rulz

    all settings standart ,
some weeks ago we had that Problem before , 4netplayers support said it was broken and fixed it , yesterday again , no connection and now the support said it's a Software issue and they dont understand why ProCon dont fix it , but they will try to fix the running setup ...

    <<< n00b

    "
Connection Error: Es konnte keine Verbindung hergestellt werden, da der Zielcomputer die Verbindung verweigerte. IP XXXX
    "
and it happens with an added Profile and with the admin and admin PW

Gotta love those, I wasn't informed developing Procon also required psychic abilities when I started here
As always, we have obviously not heard of any of the fundamental "flaws" in our software.

This problem is 99.9% not related to Procon though since it's a very basic .NET networking error: you're trying to connect to an IP/port that simply does not accept your connection. This could either be caused be a server that's offline/crashed, a firewall blocking the port or simply using the wrong port. There's not much to fix for us here since we do not "modify" any of the network operations, but rely on basic mechanism to work.

that was nearly the saame i was thinking when they tell me it's a software issue ... ( "blabla of course " ... )
since Computec buyed 4netplayers the Problems raising a bit .... I dont like computec ...
    Edit:
    4netplayers faq ...
    Login-Informations

    Hostname/IP: Gameserver-IP
    Port: 48888
    Username: admin
    Password: Admin-Password

of course I use the right IP and use that Port , using the correct Admin password , which we choose ...

    so it's like I thought before , it's 4netplayers Fault !

Are you trying to connect to your layer, or to your gameserver?

Port 48888 isn't exactly the default or common game server port...

It's the default Frostbite Rcon port and used for BFBC2 if not changed during setup.
