why not just make the plugin play a .wav file =\
I should point out, I have no idea how this or any plugin works

Plugin playing a wav file = only sound alert I could think of.
Conmecting to teamspeak is way too complicated for that purspose...

AdminAlert used a .wav file. You have to install it locally though and you can select keywords....

What I could imagine is some kind of function that forwards the (complete/only admin calls) serverchat into a chat. I guess one easy way to do this is just to relay the serverchat into an IRC-Channel because then you don't have to care for the GUI, and there are plenty of of IRC clients that can be embedded into a website in many ways.

Was already suggested a few posts above.
However I don't have any experience with IRC-Chats, so would have to "learn" that first. Will see how much I can do when university starts now.
