You rent one from an authorized provider. Any other method is illegal and cannot be discussed here.

Hello saman,
you can search in the internet for "battlefield bad company 2 server rent" then it shows providers like gameservers.com, 4netplayers.com etc. where you can rent a server. You can set how many players can play at your server and other things. They mostly have their own forums where you can ask further questions. Or you can e-mail or call them by phone.
