Manually Banning?

I've checked the manual and searched the site but can't see if there is any info on banning someone after they have left a game?
Any pointers?

You can check the logs for punkbuster to find guid and ban on that

Forgive me, maybe put that wrong. I meant how do you ban someone with Procon after the event. I can get the guid as you say from PB but I simply can't see the facility for executing a manual ban.
Sorry for being a bit thick, am new to Procon.
