Any plugins that can relocate spawn points for BF4

We have a small BF4 server so we play small map games. The problem is that some of the maps we love but cant really have them on the server because one side of the team spawns on a ship and the other one on land. Typically this is not a big issue but we also have the server set to Infantry only so most of the vehicles are gone, and on these types of maps there are only 2 maybe 3 watercraft. Is there a plugin that can move the one spawn point from ship to land so that everyone spawns on land ?
