Lost connection

Both on iPhone 6 and iPad can't keep a connection for more than 5 minutes. Seems to freeze up after a kick/ban or using chat box.

Left alone for awhile and once the chat box filled up, lost connection again.

What can it be?

maybe that software errors, you have not tried reloading

Try to disable wifi.
Normally when i have wifi activated, i can't connect.
As soon as I disable wifi, it's connecting.

I was in this situation before. Disable your wifi for a while may help.
